- Nonviolent Communication - A Language of Life by Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD. I initially resented the information in this book as I feared it was attempting to manipulate me into denying my feelings. The opposite it true: He helps you identify real feelings and underlying needs, and provides a way to communicate in a healthy way - where anger becomes something from the past. This should be recommended reading and teaching in every school and church/synagogue/temple throughout the world.
- Younger Next Year, for Women by Chris Crowley and Henry S Lodge, MD. Recommended highly by my clients for understanding functional aging...and how to reverse it. "Live like you're 50 - strong, fit, sexy - until you're 80 and beyond"
- Molecules of Emotion by Candace Pert, PhD. Get the word direct from a scientist with more than a few points to make about the science behind the mind-body connection.
- The Field by Lynne McTaggert, author of What Doctors Don't Tell You. An investigative journalist, Lynne pulls information from scientists all over the world to give us a better understanding of the force that influences everything about who we are in a "Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe."

Norman Yen SuHu, ND, MS, LAc
Food Intolerance Testing: Unlike allergies, which are the immune system's hyper-response to the base proteins in various foods, food intolerance is genetic and you are born with it. Dr. Suhu can quickly and affordably let you know if you have genetic intolerances that may be affecting your digestive system and your health. I also recommend Dr. Suhu for homeopathic, naturopathic and acupuncture care.

D'Awesome Boxing Club
Exercise is vital to well being, but exercise out of obligation or without enjoyment does not contribute to true health. For some, the fun and excitement of the boxing gym is the way to go, and I can recommend no better coach that D'awesome Boxing's Darryl Pierre.
In a recent ESPN.com poll, boxing ranked as the #1 sport in Athleticism: Speed, power, stamina, courage, strength, agility, hand-eye coordination, quickness and decision-making were just some of the skills considered!
