CANCELLATION POLICY
Kindly give at least 48-hours notice so that someone else may benefit from your absence. For cancellations with less notice, please pay 50% of the session rate as the cancellation fee. For cancellations without notice, please understand if 100% is requested as the no-show fee.
Groupon holders: Rescheduling once with at least 48-hours notice is permitted. Further rescheduling or doing so without at least 48-hours notice results in forfeiture of your Groupon. Forfeited Groupons may be used toward the regular price of any session of at least one hour or more.
